How ordering works
All pieces are made to order. After you send an inquiry, we will confirm availability, timing, and details with you personally.
To begin production, a deposit is required. Work starts only after the deposit has been received.
When the piece is finished, we will contact you to arrange the remaining payment and shipping.
Production time
Production time depends on the type of piece, wool availability, and current workshop schedule.
You will always be informed of the expected timeline before placing an order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped once the final balance has been paid.
Shipping cost and delivery time depend on destination and will be confirmed before shipment.
A tracking number will be provided when available.
Returns
Because each piece is made specifically for the customer, returns are generally not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
