Made to order

All pieces are handmade and made to order unless clearly stated otherwise.

Small variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the nature of handmade work.

Orders are confirmed after a deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable once the piece is completed and before shipment.

Production time varies depending on the type of piece and workshop schedule. Estimated timing will be communicated before confirming an order.

Orders are shipped after full payment has been received.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service.

Because items are made specifically for each customer, returns are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Workshop dates, format, and participation details are agreed in advance. If you cannot attend, please inform us as early as possible.
