Delivery
Standard delivery: all items qualify for free shipping with our standard delivery.
Please wait for your orders to be delivered. Each order will be sent within 3 working days with Poste Italiane. Please wait 4/5 working days from the “order sent” email to allow orders to arrive if you are a resident of Italy.
If you live abroad (within EU) allow 5-7 days for the order to arrive.
If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to send you items within the required time period.

Returns
If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product in its original state. Once we receive the item, we will exchange it or refund you in full.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please note if we don’t return the item we can’t issue a refund.
All items on sale are personalized and unique orders.
Once refunded, we will notify you.

If you paid through Paypal or Klarna, the refund will be deposited into your Paypal account. If you pay by credit or debit card, it will be credited back to your bank account. Sample sales returns. Sale items can be returned.
We will be happy to change it or offer you a gift card for the purchase amount. Please return your items to us within 14 days from delivery.
